Common questions
How fast can an automation project start?
Usually within one to two weeks. A short call, a written scope of the first stage, and we begin. We don’t run three-month discovery phases.
Will you integrate with our existing CRM, ERP, and messengers?
Yes, that’s the point. We connect and automate around your CRM, ERP, and the messengers your team already uses, and only replace what genuinely can’t be salvaged.
How much does business automation cost?
Ready-made systems have published prices in tenge: the «Сәлем» bot 149 000 ₸; an AI salesperson 900 000–1 800 000 ₸ + 90 000–150 000 ₸ a month; a website that sells 450 000–900 000 ₸; custom sites and stores 1 500 000–4 000 000 ₸. How do the contract and payment work?
We sign as an individual entrepreneur (IP). Pay by invoice, Kaspi or card, foreign cards included. Large projects are paid in two parts: 50% at the start and 50% at launch. After launch we fix bugs free for 3 months.
What happens after the system is live?
You can keep us on a monthly retainer for monitoring, adjustments, and new features as the business changes. Prefer your own team? We train them and hand over written instructions.
Do you work in English, Russian and Kazakh?
Yes. All three, in calls, documentation, and the interfaces we ship.
