Who we are

What data

Your conversations with us on WhatsApp and Telegram, including with our AI assistant: message text, your name and your number or messenger username.

What you enter in forms on the site: company, name, contact, a description of the task, a website domain to check.

Site usage statistics: pages, device, approximate location, actions on the page.

Why

To answer your question, prepare a proposal, run the site check and contact you about your request. Statistics help us improve the site. We do not send newsletters without your consent and we do not sell data.

Who else processes it

Meta (WhatsApp) and Telegram deliver the messages.

So that our AI assistant can reply, the text of your message is sent to AI model providers that generate the answer.

The site is hosted on Vercel; requests are stored in a Supabase database and on our server.

Site statistics: Vercel Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrica.

How long we keep it

Conversations and requests are kept while we need them to work with you, and no longer than 3 years after your last message. Statistics follow the analytics services’ own rules.

Deleting your data

Write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or at rahmetlabs@gmail.com: "Delete my data", with the number or username you wrote from. We delete the conversations, requests and client record within 30 days and confirm it in reply. You can also ask to see or correct your data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
